If I separate from my husband what are my rights?

I am married since 12 years.since my son died I had been hsrrased by inlaws for they regularly create mental torture.My husband abuses me and I have a 2 years old daughter .I am worried and fed up with my husband mental harassment and nagging .he abuses me beats me .he always humiliated me in front of inlaws who create problems. I dont have parents as they died.I have sold my parents house and invested money in plot .that plot is in name of my husband and me both jointly.But I have pairs for the plot by cheque payment which I had bought .now if i want to separate from husband what are legal r
You can file for divorce you will get you daughters custody and maintenance from your husband.
If your husband are harrasing you can report the same.
