If I converted to Islam from Sikhism can I get divorce from my wife

Sir mam ,I ve filled divorce pet against my wife ,but nothing happened despite of long strugle. If I'll be converted to Islam from Sikhism's can I get divorce from my wife. Please help , i trust Allah will help me to overcome this stress and depression.?

Conversion into Islam just for the sake of marriage or divorce or remarriage is not valid as per hon, able Supreme Court of India cited in its various judgements. Islam itself prohibits it. This will land you into troubles and further legal hassles if proven against you. It's better to fight a divorce case with conviction , hire a good lawyer , prove cruelty by your wife against you in court.

Dear client, first of neither vaheguru nor Allah is here to help anybody, secondly, you can get divorce by changing a religion, you can file divorce only under Hindu marriage act, as your marriage was performed under this act... No need or benefit for conversion.. Help yourself.. Love yourself..
