Hindu My daughter married on 15/12/2014 Her husband is asexual and his family knew it He could not make any physically relation till july 2015 In between six or.seven treated him They want mother by IVF But she refused and.ultimately they accept his son can not make any relation but we want child by IVF people suggest do not take.police action it take lot of time please compromise and go for MCD We agree and first motion was on jan 6 2016 they agreed to pay 25 lakhs they paid us 15 lakhs on first motion if they delay the second motion wat option have Can i go for police complain
Well as per your query your daughter applied mutual divorce and firstmotion already granted part payment received now you feel delay in second motion correct after compleating six month you issue a legal notice through lawyer that six month completed.if he failed to reply then then the amount you received will be lapsed and again you can file divonotjet htounf
