Attack is a best defence. File a counter case against her. Compel her to live with you. If see don't have any evidence of what her father has given to you and your family. At least some receipts or documents or a kind of video footage which can prove that such and such article had been given. Engage a lawyer and fight against her. You will get justice. Best of luck.

Yes girl cannot file false case against husband or relation without any torture given by in laws further if girl file false case supreme court is very much clear to file case against the girl hence filing a false case is crime so in false case wife is not entitled for any m aintence but she can get stridhan and dowry articles

If a girl is filed a fake dowry case then why are you worry ? You need not to afraid and just fight the case on merit. Even you need not to give a single penny if you are not at fault at all.
Indian laws are certainly woman friendly but if woman is at wrong then all the balances are lying with he man.
