I want to separate from my husband what is the procedure

since marriage faced lot harressment with physical n mental torture with filthy laguages by husband.din get any personal finanicial support from him. for my son i was staying there without any physical n mental relationship wit him. now my son grown up he inspiribg n insisting me to get seperated.how can i proceed n get my rights n seperation aswel. in these years i hav lodged many ncs n fir as he tried to kill me wit a chopper but son came in between to save me n got injoured witb 11stitches in hand. pl help me n my son to get a life to live in a open air
