I want to file divorce and maintenance and child custody case (Hindu)

Hello Sir / Ma'am I want to file a case of divorce + maintenance and child custody case against my husband. 1. I was harressed by husband for dowry , furniture and cash 2. He didn't even called me after my delivery 3. he mentally tortured me alone as well as in front of his family 4 He always ask to leave his home forcefully 5. He didn't even take care of me while my pregnancy and after delivery he said that I am characterless.6. I was forced to get that what is the gender of my child while pregnancy.My financial situation is very worse and getting worst day by day suggest me what to do
as you have told about ur condition i will suggest you can can file a complaint against your husband under 498 IPC and then file a for maintenance under crpc 125 and file interim maintenance & for the custody of child you have not told me the age of your child . Then latter on file suit for divorce.

Your case for divorce will be filed under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, maintenance under section 125 of CRPC and for custody of the child also under the Hindu Marriage Act. Filing a suit for custody will depend upon, with whom the child is presently staying and the age of the child. All the other things that you have mentioned in your query will be incorporated and form the basis of the divorce petition itself..
