Aap, next date of hearing me court me Keh sakte hai ki aap Apni wife ko divorce nhi dena chahte,
Kya aap ki wife bhi aap K sath rehna chahti hai.
Agar ha to next date of hearing me dono Apna byan de Dena court me ki aap dono ek sath rehna chahte ho

Technically and legally, 6 months ka time court isiliye grant karti hai ki app apne decision of reconsider kar sake. It depends upon both of you ke aap divorce chahte hai ki nahi. The compromise deed or the contents of the petition dekhne padenge ye samjhne ke liye ke aap ne mutual divorce kin sharton pe dala hai, only then, there could be some way to reconsider your decision. Documents dekhne ke baad hi kisi natize pe pahuncha ja sakta hai.

You have filed petition under section 13-B. In this case six months are given to reconsider about divorce. On next day you just give statement that i want to stay with my wife and take help of the mediation in court to change mind of your wife too.

Hello there if you want
to save your marriage as you said, you don't want to part ways with your wife.
1. You can withdraw your consent to mutual divorce in the court on the next hearing through an application..
2.If you intentionally absent yourself in the next hearing, court will not pass a decree of mutual divorce as both the husband and wife's presense is required to pass a decree of mutual divorce u/s 13B of HMA...
Hope this will help..... Regards
