I want divorce from my wife but she doesn't want.how can it is possible for me.i want free from her.i m from Hindu religion.
You have to draft a valid reason to get divorce from your wife. After that get ready for 498 A or some false/true cases. Also u have to give maintainence to ur family and finaly when you get divorce you have to gve permanent comoensation to ur wife. You also have to file seprate petition to get the custody of ur issue if any...
