Divorce sirf is reason p lena k wo padi likhi nhi hai ye galat hoga . Divorce k baad kya soucha hai and kis ground pe divorce loge ye bhi jaruri hai. Kya koi bacha hai is shadi se . Divorce me full and funal settlement hogi wo bhi decide krna jaruri hai

Hi,

Illiteracy is not a ground for divorce, in your case, facts are not so adequate for filing a divorce case, you should come up with some strong facts for filing a divorce case.

one thing you can do, if both , you and your spouse ready to take a divorcem than only you can go for divorce on ground of Mutual consent.
