Hi

You can proceed to family court for divorce proceedings.

You can claim relief against the cruelty inflicted upon you.

You can claim residential rights and maintenance through the court. You can also seek various reliefs under dv act

Hi. You can ask for divorce. You have not mention whether ur working now ? Do you have any alternative residences? Right now you are residing with your husband or where ?

Try to figure out if a divorce by mutual consent is possible under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. If your husband doesn't agree for a mutual consent divorce then you can file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty and your husband will be liable to pay you permanant alimony and/or maintenance for you and the minor child.
