I NEED TO TRANSFER THE CASE

Dear Sir / Madam I filled divorce case in Pudukottai the place where i register my marriage two and half years ago. Now I live in Chennai, It is difficult to go for hearing every month because of my work. is it possible to change the case to Chennai? please give suggestions

You can file petition under TR.CMP in High Court, Madras and you should substantiate and justify the reason for seeking of such transfer. We have to study where your husband is put up in. If you have genuine reason then we can approach High Court in this regard.
