I Need Divorce & child custody as wife is deserting. Please help.

I am Banker in pune & wife is Govt Teacher in CHandigarh,before marriage it was decided that she will work in pune & she is ok to be in pune forever.After few years she filed re joining case in chandigarh & joined back .Our daughter is of 5 Years & her parents & brother entertain to be in chandigarh only. so i need sepration & custody of child,Please guide how it can be done.
You can file a divorce petition in the jurisdictional family court.
After obtaining the same, you can file a petition for custody of child.
