I have no child,my in-laws want to do marrige of my husband what to do

I m married since 12yr. We have no child. I m in-law want agreement from me.I have been holding this for last 12yr.alway try feel me guilty for every problem. My husband mently hrasse me and slap me when I m with him, due to this I leave my house 6month before. He doesn't give me money for my monthly expense, when I demanded he told with whom u live they bear it.But 28th may I came back to my in-laws house to attend a marrige nd hoping to stay with my husband,but he left me there nd return back to where they working He doesn't give me money for my monthly expense, when I demanded he told with whom u live they bear it.they do not want to adopt child.Because they do not help me. And do not want to do saroggecy.what I should do. How I count my stridhan.i ve no much proof. Can I take maintaince , nd how much.i m housewife. My husband in gov. Job.what is the duration takes all these process, how expensive it is.

Yes, absolutely you can claim for maintainence for your livelyhood from your husband. For the purpose, you have to file a criminal case against your husband under sec 125 Criminal Procedure Code. You can also file a criminal case under section 498(A) of Indian Penal Code. You can also file a domestic violence case against your husband.

Due to cruel behave and memtally harash by urhusband you can file the maintenance and domestic violence case at a time before family and cjm court.if you want to take divorce may be possible in also family court but separation must be one year completed.

Yes, you can claim maintenance and you are entitled for the same. As per law of the land your husband is duty bound to maintain and look after you. Failing to do so, he is bound to give maintenance for your lively hood . I failed to understand which type of Agreement your in laws want. Therefore, , don't sign any agreement and meet me for further advice.
