i have filed divorce petition wife has lodged FIR in revert of it

I filed for decree of divorce against wife. After one month she lodged an FIR against me and my family members under section IPC 376,377,513,354(c),307,498(a), 34 DP ACT etc. She is working as a contractual employee in govt sector drawing rs 15000 pm approx. She is now delaying the matter..Refusing for divorce, and claimed for alimony of rs 50000. I have no job currently. I am getting a stipend of rs 43000 pm as a student(not salary). Is she eligible for maintenance? Can I apply and get passport now? How can I get out of it. I want divorce.
Involve the elders of both side and go for a mutual settlement and close the issue once and for all. Wife is entitled to get maintenence. But without seeing all the papers, it is not advisable to comment.

Date of marriage, date from which she is living alone, if 498a is imminent, start collecting evidences in favour of you, by any means you avoid arrest until you get the bail, no need to be worried, something concrete can be suggested only after knowing your case in detail.
