I have been cheated my husband and his family

Since before marriage my husband having affair with other lady who is prostitute. I came to my dad home leaving him in Sept 2015 but they for their name n fame again n again forcing me to come but I don't wish to go n I want him to be caught red hand when she wit him in his home pls Help me pls

You husband cannot force you to live with him unless you are willing, that said, if your husband is having affair you can file a divorce case against him for cruelty, in the same case if u r not working or u r having a kid to be maintained you can file an application for maintenance for u and u r son.
