I had a Love marriage 9 years ago. Now I want divorce frm psycho wife.

My brother married to a sc girl who work aa pharmacist in govt. Job.we belong to jatt family.they together have a baby girl.but now my brother want divorce because that girl is having affair with someone and asking divorce but when my bro ask for divorce she harass him of filing dowry and violence case.....my brother never started domestic violence.....what to do.he cant live with her.she dont like his mom dad and sis also.

your brother need to get proofs of the affair of his wife, in case he can prove it with evidence, the divorce petition can be filed and the divorce can be granted on that ground. If the cruelty is proved on the part of his wife , the case of your brother for divorce would be in his favour.
