I do not agree to live with my wife despite a court order to do so

18 month ago we get love marriage , but after 7 day of marriage we have daily suffer with problem 7- 8 times our family try to slove the problem but i am fedup and now I am not aggree to live with my wife I am aggree to stay in jail but not aggree to stay with her. so if court order me to stay together and i did not want to accept it so what is the punishment or fine for me.
I thnk u r frustrated with ur rltsnsp. It might be ay rsn. But still to get legly seperated u have to ind a good solution. I wouldsuggest u family counselling if u have sme serious sortof issues contactme we cn go forlitigation.

If u r not want to live with your wife so you are not to worry at all this is your own decision to live with her or not no body can stop you and also judge will be not apply to fine and any punishment against you so be calm and advise or consultate the advocate to your better future and also your case

Is the case pending in any court, if not then you are file the case as mutual divorce in concerned court ? If you are not interested for mutual divorce by both the parties then you have rights to file the divorce case. But generally divorce is running for long period. you meet me at my office/chamber for detail.

However I must add here that if the order of the court is final order then you may file an appeal to the High Court concerned under section 19 of the Family Court Act and if it is an interlocutory order then you may file writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India.
