I converted in muslim can I file for divorce

Asaalamu Vallikum, Its almost 3 years that I am following Islam n my Islamic name is Mohammad Mudassir. I have a daughter and since 2008 till 2014i was staying away from my wife due to disputes at home. I got a transfer in auranagabad branch n my wife n daughter continued living with my parents against my parents wish. We had daily fights also this transfer eased my tension. Now that I got converted in 2013 n informed my parents about this they were worried n also informed my wife. She started abused me n not accepting me as a Muslim now. Pls advice
