I am Divorced. How do I settle abroad with my kid ?

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been separated with my husband since Feb 2015 and I have no contact with him. My question is how I and my daughter settle abroad without his consent. I contacted some agents but got to know that for minor(daughter is 7 yrs old) both parents consent is required. Please guide. Thanks
