Dear client if u want to save yr marriage then u can file case for restitution of conjugal rights and ask husband to take back u to matrimonial home back. Also u can file domestic violence case and ask residential order to stay in husband house. U can ask maintenance and will get near about 15000 per month. For any legal help call me

in order to get alimony you first need to file divorce petition before the family court.
the court has power to decide the quantum of maintenance according to the various aspects.
it is not dependent on his salary alone.
you ca also file DV case against him for compensation.

you shall get a very decent amount of maintenance from your husband and plus accommodation but only thing is that don't file any petition for divorce. you only file maintenance. he himself shall come forward for divorce once you get a order of decent amount of maintenance.
