Husband's sister influencing him to take divorce what are wife's right

she is married since 5 years .. her husband is living with his family in his own property ... sister is leaving on rented house alone ... she has 2 years baby girl.... her husband has sister 38 years old unmarried...destroying married life of both...Sisters husband is under influence of his unmarried sister... we have undergone lots of talk... panchayat was also part of same.. but still no results.. we have now decided to undergo legal procedure ... please advice....
If you want to live with your husband then you can file a case for residing with your husband house. Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal right. Under which court ordered you to live together.
