Is condition me apke pass bahot sare raste hai,
1. Restitution of conjugal rights petition file karna hoga jisme court direct karega tumhare husband ko tumhe ghar le jane ko,
2. Maintenance ke 2 cases bhi file kar sakti ho..
Aur agar fir bhi husband nahi manta hai to
Criminal matter file karenge u/s 498a of IPC jisme 3 saal ki saja hai usko...
