My husband wants to annual the marriage under consummate ground keeping other things in mind. Is it possible. Pl answer immediately

It is not possible to prove non consummation of marriage in court unless and until medical tests (subject to wife's consent) are conducted.
As per law, no wife can be subjected to medical tests to prove non consummation of marriage.
So it will be very difficult for your husband to claim non consummation of marriage as grounds for divorce.

Yes. Your husband may file for annulment of marriage declaring the marriage as null and void on the ground of non consummation of marriage. However, it could be very difficult for your husband to prove non consummation because the main reason should be your impotency which cannot be proved easily. If your husband files for annulment, immediately file for maintenance and also file DV case and case under Section 498A I.P.C. against your husband which may force your husband to withdraw the annulment petition. If he doesn't, you teach him a lesson.
