You got to contest the case and vehemently oppose the judicial separation case . You can not save the marriage unilaterally, it is a two way traffic . If your husband has no concern for you ; is the marriage worth saving
Under any circumstances you shall be entitled for maintenance charges .

You can file for restitution as legal remedy. As par your language u want to save the marriage amicably then you must see a marriage counsellor. Indifferent behaviour towards you may amout to cruelty that again give rise to a legal action. But here u need to handle tactfully, wwhatever way you choose. As a piece of advice i would rather say u shoud resist for judicial separation in the court. N contain that you u are willing to Live with him being a legally wedded wife. Another angle you can claim alimony and expenses of the wedding as after such a short term he is being indifferent. That might deter him to think about divorce. There are various ways n tactics u need to choose in accordance of the circumstances

You shall have to contest the case filed by your husband praying for judicial separation if you don't want separation. If he doesn't appear without any step then his case will be dismissed for default. What I understand the case was filed after two years of marriage. What are the grounds set forth for is important. However, you can file a petition for maintenance pendentalite and cost of litigation to defer the process and to compel him to pay you something during the proceedings of the case. I would also advise you to file a case under section 125 of Cr. Please. C. for maintenance separately and for accommodation you can file a case under the protection of women from domestic violence act. You need to be in touch with your counsel and pursue your case if you don't want judicial separation.
