Husband want to remarry without me agreeing for divorce what rights

What are the steps i need to take...to safe my marrige ..my husband ready to marry again with out my acceptence of divorce....how i need to handle it....they are showing the reason as if im mentally disorderd....
As per your question before you marrying with him you write a Memorandum of Understanding and add what are the condition you want then only you marry with him do you have any kids if yes you mention the responsibility of Husband as well as father

Your husband will arrested and jailed for bigamy in the event of he marrying again when the first wife is alive or when the first marriage is subsisting.
if you know whom your husband is planning to marry, you can issue legal notices to her stating that your husband is married to you and hence the second marriage will be null and void.
if the matter becomes more serious, complain to women's police station or the nearest police station or if you are afraid of police, you can also ask for restraining orders from the court against your husband.
