Husband torchures and forces to get physical with his freinds

i was married 9 months ago but my life turned upside down after it. My husband is totally alcoholic n addicted to other bad habits such as smoke, tobacco & sex with call girls which all was been hidden from me & my family before marriage. my mother inlaw, brother inlaw & sister inlaw always complain about dowry & provokes my husband to hit me so after drinking he beats me. I was also pregnant n for safety of my child & me I came to my home all was good but in 5th month of pregnancy my sister inlaw forced my husband for my miscarriage as she still don't have any child, what should I do?
