Husband torchering emotionally forcing to adpot child what to do

I got married 1 month ago. Since 2nd day my husband is misbehaving and being abusive about my parents for gifts and arrangements. Shows violent anger when i answer him back by screaming. Doesn't give me money to spend even on daily needs. He even has ejaculation problems. And on 3rd day itself, offered me to adopt a child instead of trying for a family ourselves. I found all this very suspicious. What should I do?
Husband being impotent is a good ground for divorce, before that take him to a doctor and get medical documents, you can even file maintenance case where husband will be bound to pay you upon courts order. Detailed discussion is necessary

At first let me know whether your marriage is registered or not, if it is registered under the Hindu Marriage Act or under special Marriage Act? if your marriage is registered under Hindu Marriage Act then you have an option to annul the marriage, for which you have to file a suit for declaring the marriage as void. As the Hindu Marriage Act provides you this provision of annuling the marriage. You may contact an advocate for the same.
