I DNT WNT DIVORCE BUT MY HUSBND TAKES MY SIGN ON DIVORCE PAPER ...STILL HE DID NOT GO FOR DECREE ...WHT TO DO FOR SAVE MY MERRIED LIFE??PLEASE HELP
When your husband asks you for decree from court then you deny for the same. Donot leave your husband's home. You can chanllenge the divorce deed on stamp paper . Donot worry you are still legally wedded wife of your husband.

Divorce paper has no value in the eye of law until, any of party get decree for it.
Don't worry, you Marriage is still continue in force as per Hindu law.
If your husband not living with you then you can file petition for restitution of conjugal rites in competent court.

Hi,
By taking sign on Divorce petition doesnot mean any stage or step have been taken .
Even if he have taken sign on petition for dissolution of Marriage by way of mutual consent then also its of no use, it will be effective only if you give statement in front of Jude of the concerned family Court.
