Husband threatening to throw me out and not providing maintenance

I m muslim lady married to muslim man . My husband is forcing me to leave our own flat and shifting to rented flat and has stopped the maintenance of my child and me.and has sent me a notice to start living with him or else he will file for the custody of child I don't trust him as he is abusive and wants to throw me out and sell the flat and make me homeless my parents are providing my maintenance since 8 months.what should I do he is abusive from the start of the marriage I stay at our own matrimonial home and he has 2 flats in this locality and wants me to go to some place on rent plus help

He can claim custody of child but normally child stays with mother.
You can claim maintenance through court and also initiate divorce proceedings of you wish.
