Dear madam ,
Nothing to worry and be strong enough to handle situation , it appear from your words that ur husband had already taken a decision to throw you out of your life , and hence making all strategy , don't fall in it or subside down , if you are honest , hence better contact and express your view in personal , there can be no help provided by mail or online except emotional and a few advice , better meet for better understanding or call up to help u better .

It would be better if you reconcile with your husband, however, we can approach the court and take necessary orders from the family court for orders seek restitution of conjugal rights. the court will order for the same as you have been thrown out of the house.

First you need not worry so much if you're husband want to file a case against you for divorce he has to prove the alligations made against you with documentary proof with which he can't succeed and moreover as you have stated that you are loyal to him from the beginning of your marriage

you can approach the court of law for domestic violence petition and seek compensation for the mental torture given by your husband and you can also approach Mahila Sahaya Vani seeking for your compliants

Dear Querist,
Present is more important than the past. He can throw u out of the house, file a Domestic violence case and seek for interim possession of property u can be back in the house. File a interim application in the DV case not to defame u, mostly u r problem will be solved. If he is not seeing reason u can file a divorce case in the mediation there will be an effort to mediate and solve u r problem, if nothing happens, pursue u r divorce proceedings.
If u want to live with him file Restitution of conjugal rights petition.
