You immediately lodge a case against him the local police station under section 498AIPC 406ipc and 120bipc it means your husband has put metal and physical tortures on you along with your in-laws and breached your trust and also put a case under the dowry prevention act in this way you can safeguard your self

Hi,
You have few different ways to proceed. Right now he cannot file for a divorce before completing one year of marriage. Regarding a false case against you, the scope is rare. He needs to prove few thing to establish it. If you want to save your marriage, first, you along with your family should go for a negotiation with your in-laws. If your husband denies your right to stay in your marital home and not staying with you, you can also file for restitution of conjugal rights. But if you want to take legal step then you can lodge an F.I.R. against your husband and in-laws in the local police station and you can also serve a legal notice upon them.
