Husband threatening me and my family not giving divorce what to do

Husband and in-laws harassed me mentally and physically for money.I was working.I beared all expenses of him.family spend 8L marriage. They demanded for LCD,motorcycle etc.he is accused of IPC307 (which was settled by bribing police and threatening victim).they took 4lac and jwellery from my mother in the name of compromise of 307.he did illegal second marriage(which i came to know later).i filed case 498 ,13A,125.he is misusing his profession.not giving me divorce.threatening me and family, filed fake case against my brothers.police and advocates are favoring him,how i can fight against him.
What happened to the case that you had filed against him? An opinion can be given only after all the relevant papers pertaining to your with your husband are available. Therefore it would be much better to collect all the papers and show them, so that an opinion can be given.

you need not to worry the law of land is equal for all. i can suggest you more by seeing the papers of all the cases filled. the second marriage without the divorce is illegal and he can be prosecuted for this act.
