Husband sent divorce notice what should we do now

Hindu Marriage. What Should we do to reply to the divorce notice sent to my sister from her husband? She has a two year old child. The Notice is totally unilateral and has nothing at all for my sister and her son. Please Help.

He has sent a notice, doesn't itself mean that he will get decree of divorce.
If your Sister is not agree to divorce her husband, then she will need to reply to the notice through an advocate, denying all his allegations and including necessary facts which may be proved in divorce proceedings.
And, meanwhile, your Sister can file a petition against her husband for monthly maintenance for her and her son.
