Husband seeks divorce, wife wants RCR

According to HMA, 2011 marriage date. Separately living - since 2012. in 2014 husband filed the divorce.i was thrown to a hospital as they cut my veins (in -laws family). i wanna go back but he is refusing without having a reason, he said take whatever you want , i am ready to give you your gold. he refused from that too. i need legal advice as my father passed away now. i am not strong enough to handle his threat as he openly threatened me in court.
you always have the remedy to file for domestic violence against your husband and inlaws. you can file for mutual divorce to finish the matter early and lead a new life. You can always take the help of legal Aid cell in case you are not able to hire a private advocate
