Husband remarried without getting divorce from first wife

A man has married again while divorce still not declared with the first wife.while the divorce case is already going on in another continent and he married someone in india.while the first marriage is not declared void..if the first wife allowed to file case 494 against him in india 2. Does the case running abroad affecte the case in india ? 3. While still having the case abroad can the first wife open another case on him in india where he married.

Only if the first marriage have been done in India and then the case of 494 can be filed in India if marriage is not done in India then jurisdiction of filing the case is in the country where first marriage have been done.
