Husband provide false income in court how can i get that proof

I m a Muslim I want to have a proof of my husbands income. He is a banker & his salary is 1lac/pm. But to give less maintenances he class show 45k as his salary in court. I have asked for 25 k /pm for me n my 8 months daughter. I have filed maintenance case and he has filed for rcr. He is ass Mngr in his bank. How can I get his income proof so dat I can show in court and get appropriate maintenance. He also has a car nd avenger bike. I have also done dv case n 498a case on him nd his family. From last 6 months I m staying wid my parents. He haven't provided a single rupee yet to us. Plz help

He should have advised on how to collect proofs and evidences of the income ??
You need to obtain his Income tax returns from IT Dept and also get his bank account statement.
With these proofs, you can show to court that his earning is much more than what he is showing to the court.

Have you asked for interim maintenance in your maintenance case ??? Also please see in what bank he works if it is a nationalized bank or government bank then you can file an application under Right to information act knowing your husbands post and salary details if it is a private bank then you can write a letter or send a notice through a lawyer to the banks board of directors and then they can send you his salary details. Please consult your local lawyer for further advice

Please prefer application for issue of summons upon the employer of your husband with complete details as regards address of the bank where your husband is working. Once the court issues summons to the banker his complete details of income will be before the Hon'ble Court and then the court will grant you maintenance as per his income
