Husband promised to give money now denying

My husband never loved me he married me only for money so our marriage did not resist. As per lawyer we filled Money suit & MC,attachment on property of my husband which was in name of his late father. I was not ready to give divorce but i agreed as I am fed up of all this court,etc. He said he will pay only 1/4 of agreed money & after six month of joint petition he will pay only 3/4. I was not convinced. My lawyer said to agree otherwise they may not give money & in attachment we can get back money if he make default in payment Hus is fraud,i am sure,he will make default, will get fullmoney
Make an MCD for the same and agree yo the same.icollect cheque if possible with date after 6 months.if ge doesnt psy you can file a case and get back.get recorded proof for all this without them knowing it.contact me.

What your lawyer is told is correct.If you are satisfied with the compensation you can go forward with that . Or else till wait for the disposal of the above mentioned cases. If he doesn't pay the 3/4 of agreed amount you can withdraw the joint petition .

The facts as stated, I am afraid, are jumbled up and incomplete. It is not all clear why the money suit was filed? And also, what was the decision or the directions of the Hon'ble court in the cases filed by you.
Moreover, what do you mean by "He said he will pay only 1/4 of agreed money & after six month of joint petition he will pay only 3/4. I was not convinced. My lawyer said to agree otherwise they may not give money & in attachment we can get back money if he make default in payment"?
And perhaps more importantly, what is your query and/or what is the suggestion that you expect from us?
