You've to file the divorce petition in the court on the ground that the marriage was not performed by your consent and you were minor at the time of marriage.... Now you may file a petition that you don't want to live with him , because his behaviour is not good... .

Hi,
There are so many grounds in ur case. U can easily file divorce and get as well. It depends upon ur facts.
I suggest u to clear the case and disclose the basic reason for divorce and why ur husband want to continue.
Good case on merits.
All the very best

Dear Client,

This is a general problem these days. the girls are married against their wishes, no heed is paid to their personal feelings. to give you an appropriate advice keeping in view your emotions and sentiments, you give us your family background and that of your husband.
