Husband physically abusive and tried to kill me can i get divorce

hi me and my husband both are australian citizens.he tryed to kill me in abroad many times behind the doors. now he bluffed and bring back me to india. i put police case in adelaide. but i gave him achance. still he wasnt changed. mother inlaw forcing me to have boy child. i hav one daughter she is 8 yearold. born in australia. when i was pregnant with my daughteralso he tried to push me on the wall and kick in my stomach. put currentplugs to kill me. now i want to take divorce . iam in india. ihav my marriage certificate. my wedding is done in vijayawada only. but i told his parents. he pushed my mum. he was coming my home and threatning me. i want legal help. pls help me whther i can get divorce and my child custody
Hello Ma'am, This is really wrong that is been happening with you and I hope that there no as such injuries been given to you by your husband. Ma'am see to be frank you need to tell me whether your wedding was under Indian laws or was here in India. Yes u can divorce him and get custody of your child as well.

Madam, you can very well take a divorce from your husband and since your daughter is a minor, you will get her custody too. Further more you can file a case for domestic violence and maintenance for yourself and for your child
