Husband obtained ex parte divorce and married again

Husband lie me these years. I didnt know he did exparte divorce against me and married another. I had to leave him job purpose in April 2013 and he agreed to follow me overseas. Since then he visited me twice and has been in regular contacts. Towards the end of his first visit I came to know that he did another marriage a year later I left his place. He promised me that he will dissolve this issue asap and settle with me. Then I waited and recently found out that he is going to have a child out of that marriage. I got cheated badly. We are Hindu & registered marrige. What can I do for justice?
Alternately, since he has already divorced you by playing fraud on you and get settled with second marriage, you sever all your ties with him and leave his company for ever.
You say he has cheated you but what is the evidence you have to prove his act of cheating?
When you knew about his second marriage why did you not make a criminal complaint against him for the commission of offences of bigamy?
Since you knew that he obtained divorce from you in your absence, what prevented you to take steps for setting aside the decree reportedly obtained by playing fraud on court?
You have lot of legal question to be answered, so better be prepared for a lengthy legal war if you decide to take legal action against him.
