Husband not wiling to give any maintenance but want to finish DV case

i was filled maintenance and dv case in indore family court against my husband. He or his advocate not came on 3 dates. he x partee decree . now he want to compromise with me for back home. but i dont want to live with him. i live with my.children's at my.parents home from 7 month. they are poor and financially week. they can't afford my and my children's expenses . my husband not give me any type maintenance now i am in financial trouble .what can i do.
Why you dont want to stay with him?

If you don't want to compromise with your husband then don't worry, just ignore his offer of compromise.
And, for getting maintenance you should apply for execution of decree of maintenance.
Passing of ex-parte decree won't itself give you maintenance, you will also have to apply for it's execution against your husband.
