Husband not taking care of wife what action can i take

My daughter is subjected to domestic violence by her husband and once she called the police and they warned her husband and from that day onwards, he stopped domestic violence.He got ashamed as she called the police. They have one son who is with the deficiency of cerebral palsy, could not walk on his own. For taking revenge on them he started neglecting both of them and stopped taking care in family affairs, medical and education expenses. My daughter works as teacher with a salary of Rs15000 and could not meet all expenses. What needs to be done or can she go to women cell for solution.

It is unfortunate that u r daughter is in a precarious situation. The husband cannot ignore his wife and children, both of them are entitled for maintenance. Your daughter must say that Rs.15,000/ is not enough to maintain herself, further the son as a right can claim maintenance from his father. You can try go the the women cell and try to put pressure on him so that you are are on right track. You can also file petition u/s. 498A for dowry harassment and domestic violence act. e
