Husband not returning Stridhan. What should I do?

my husband and I are living separately He has all My jewellery and we both have joint property but he is claiming that he does not have my jewellery she has already taken it. It is all false so I have done a dowry case and d v act against him . He has filed an rcr in family court and went for mediation but was back referred to court I want my jewellery back I do not trust him at all my father had given 900 GMs gold 15 kg silver I have one child of 4 years which is in my custody please Help me to get back my jewellery as I do not have any source of income
Madam in this case file application for interim maintenance for your self and your child under domestic violence act and in same case you can also file application claiming at jewellery and other properties, further contest tjr the case of RCR and file application under section 24 claiming litigation expenses.

Here as per my wishes you cant get the golden ornaments easily., Because you do not have any proof that was in his custody. When you left the home, at that time only if you filed a case of theft of Jewell against him, then it might stand for certain extent. But not it was late.
Here, in case, if he is an earning person, yon go for maintenance. But for your knowledge in a recent observation that a women who is well qualified is not entitled to get maintenance. But you can claim maintenance for your child..
