Husband not paying maintenance after court orders what can I do

Respected Sir/ Madam ,I have filed for maintenanace against my husband he had mentally tortures me , and inflicted domestic voilance on me , as per the court orders (28th Oct 2015)he is suppose to give me rs 20000 as monthly maintenance , but he has not given me any money so far neither has he come to the court , how should I make him pay the interiam maintenanace , do I have to go to Chennai , with the warrant issued by the court , that will be difficult , as I stay in Nagpur ,Maharashtra , and mY husband stays in Chennai Kindly guide me
you should ask your Advocate to get application for Execution of the order passed by the Court.
If the Husband is not paying then your advocate should take steps to force your Husband to pay, he can not avoid the payment of interim maintenance
he can not violate or breach the order
it does not matters whether your Husband is in Chennai or any other part of India, Court orders will have to obeyed by your husband !
No law can allow him to avoid court order !

Dear client whether u have file execution petition in court to get the maintenance. If field and court issued warrant then warrant will be serve through police. U will not need to go to chennai. If he will not come on warrant then court will issue non bailable warrant against him. For any legal help call me

Which court will have the jurisdiction can be determined only after reading the complete order and having further details about which court has passed the order of maintenance. If it is necessary to file in chennai, then there can be other ways made out by which you can derive the benefit of the order in your favour.
