Hello Madam,You can file a seperate maintenance case against your husband to pay the maintenance to you. If you have proofs to show that he is leading a illegal marriage life with another one women or having adultery life with another one then you may lodge a criminal complaint against him. It is a bounded duty upon your husband to maintain you. Hope your quarry has solved. If you need any further clarification in this regard feel free to contact me.

Instead of asking orally you may file a maintenance case along with divoocase on the ground of cruelty and adultery. This will help you to get you maintenance or settlement from him. Based on that you can come to conclusion

Your problem is very serious. You have to take immediate steps for relief. You can file a case in Family Court for maintenance. You can also file a case in Family Court for Restitution of conjugal rights (to make him live with you). You can also file criminal cases under Domestic Violence Act and other criminal cases. Unless you take these steps, you will not get any relief. The Law and Police will be on your side and unless you approach them, you will be in lot of trouble. If necessary you can also include his family members and even the girl friend. More detailed advice can be given after you discuss with me.
