Husband not giving amount after mutual settlement, how to claim

After mutual settlement my husband is not giving the amount which is settled in the written document. According to the papers they supposed to give me half amount in may. Whenever we will call to his family , they gave some excuses i don't what to do.. And i also have doubt that he is married to someone and started his life without giving me divorce. What should I do?

hello,
has the said document arose out of any issue filed in court? if yes the you can file M.A in the same application and carry out contempt application. if not then you can file a fresh case against your husband for acting ultre vires to said document. and you need to be sure of your husbands marriage mere suspicion is no ground for permission

Hi,

You can file the petition for maintenance and mention that he not paying you maintenance after signing the divorce by mutual consent and the court pass appropriate order after hearing the petiton.

Hello Dear,
You must have to clear all the terms and conditions before pass decree of mutual divorce. If divorce decree pass he can contact a fresh marriage. Now you can file a maintenance case against your husband.
