Husband not disclosing his business profession what action can I take

marriage took place in bangalore. now it is exactly 4.6 years of marriage. My husband is a secretive man , does not disclose anything about business or anything to me . no children . i left him 2 months back , now he wants me to come back and says he will show his business and look after me well and keep me happy , even i want to save marriage . What legal actions can be taken to bring him to track ?someone told me about undertaking , how far can that help me

Your mail clearly tells that, there is a small disturbance in the
understanding between the husband and wife. You had left him as he was
secretive. Now he has realized that this secretive behavior in the
marital life is not acceptable hence he has come back with an assurance to
revel everything and take care of you. There is no penal action by the
husband to take the decision breaking the marriage at this point of time.
Police case, undertaking will not help to bring husband on track, rather it
will worse the situation. show love and affection and also threaten him
about the family laws are in favour of woman.

What you can do is get an Undertaking document executed about the fact that previously due to reasons beyond control you husband was not able to reveal the business details and but now in a position to reveal the same as there was misunderstanding between the two and same can be revealed. Let him also show u Form 16 from IT dept. Let the Undertaking be witnessed by common witnesses one from your side and the other from his side.
