Husband not appearing to sign mutual divorce papers

Hi, mine is a divorce case. both the families decided for a mutual thing but now the groom side is not coming and signing the papers. Although, they are saying they want to but due to some or the other reason they are seeking circumvent since February 2016. What can be the possible reason? What can we do to end it asap?

Don't worry first you ask him to he is ready or not for mutual divorce if he is not ready then you file a divorce sute u/s 13 Hindu marriage act. Before the trial court and submit your all arguments before the trial court.

Medan, as per ur quarried ,both the families decided for mutual divorce under section 13 B of H M A and both part is must be appear before the competent court .if groom is not appear then u file case u/s 13 a,.....of h m a after filings case ur spouse is not appear before court even executed notice ,court is competent to pass ex party orders against ur spouse ,and court will divorce decree rest on VI's a vise
