Husband married to U.S citizen without divorce what action can I take

my husband is at us for 15 yrs.we donot have relationship since 10 yrs but he talks to kids sometimes sends little money,gifts to kids and ignores me.Now remarried to us citizen without divorce(mentioned in his marriage certificate as divorced.) in 2006 got us citizenship in 2010.Can i prove divorce is fake?Since i am working will i get benefit?he wants my kids to study at US who are grown up now .What actions should i take.?How will they effect my kids?
You can file a complaint with the Local police station about this fact that your husband has cheated you and remarried without legally separating from you also Annexing the US marriage certificate where he has made a false declaration. This has to be done at the earliest to safeguard the interests of your children.

if he has shown himself as divorced he must have produced some fake documents so he can be very well proved to be wrong. if the marriage is solemnized in india you can file cases on him in indian courts. if he has some property in india you can get share in that . as far as the kids are concerned he can file a gurdianship for them.
