Husband made my profile without my consent to trap in a case

Hi....my husband has created a fake id on a matrimonial website with my pictures and information he had on my behalf to prove that I am looking for a second marriage and trapped him for his money which i will do with the next guy which is completely wrong.Also he has accessed my emails,facebook and by illegal way got my IT return forms and income tax papers.Though i have filed a complaint but the police is not doing anything.What shall i do to get him punished for spoiling my image in court and mental harassment.Please guide me the right direction for the same.

Dear client first file complaint against husband with cyber cell of police. If police will not take any action then file private criminal complaint under sec 200 cri procedure code for defamation. For any legal help call me

if local police are not taking action then you must approach the higher authority in writing with all correspondence. you may also lodge FIR with Cyber Crime Office. you can also by issuing legal notice to him can prosecute him for defamation blackmail, threat and harassment by filing private criminal case. you may also file an separate case under domestic violence act also seek help of protection officer.

You have to file complaint with the cyber cell police dept. The local police may not take action so lodge complaint with cyber cell. They will investigate the matter and prove his guilt (offence) and get him punish. You may also file a case under Domestic Violence Act if you have not filed till date.
